"Staff have good knowledge. no complaints there, but if you need a non stocked part in a reasonable time frame you'd better make it known. Otherwise be prepared to wait 4-6 weeks for it. I ordered 2 of the same items and stated i need one to get my tractor up and running and i would like a second one to keep as a spare. It took 4 weeks, and would have took longer if I didn't call check the status. And no it wasn't a backordered part."
