"So let me tell you my experience with this home service is much too be desired. I’ve been in the home 4 years now and it still is not done as far as the problems I requested to be fixed siding buckled on front of home was cut to long plumbing that I had to get fixed myself and ask for refund gas line missing installed myself only charged for materials no labor ,oh I’ll be into my 4th summer and still no patio door screens I even took the wrong ones back myself floor squeak beginning of hallway. Now folks I have a open concept when the two half’s came it was not tight down the middle was told best we can do trim was useless so being the problem solver I am I pulled it together tight myself I’ve ask and even emailed the manufacturer but maybe you guess what I was told sales will get in touch ya it’s been 2 months now I really would like to open my patio doors without bugs filling the house . I ask who makes there doors and cabinets guess again would not tell me so I can just go get what I need I think I’ve been more than patient 4 years is a long time I paid them in cash they didn’t have to wait not even 1 single day really didn’t want to do a review like this I am very understanding but why wouldn’t they even give me the time of day with a return call very disrespectful"

"We love our new home. But I have to say the craftsmanship leaves much to be desired. Obviously NO ONE went through and did any inspection on the work that was done. I understand that some things are going to happen when the home is moved but there are issues that should not have been seen by the customer. The home should have not left the manufacturer with such things. Nails and screws never covered, the holes in kitchen cabinets that hold shelf clips were never drilled and we can not adjust the shelves. The existing holes are not at same level so shelves are crooked. Nails sticking up through wood on window ledges. Closet and room doors not correct and will not stay closed. Floor vents are bent on the underside so the vents will not open. The list goes on. There are many other issues but we were told it is from movement of the house and if we give a list they will come out and repair all items on list within 2 weeks. Well we gave our list and it’s been 2 months and many phone calls and no one has come to make the repairs. It’s winter now and we would like to get heat up through our vents and it is snowing and it would be nice to have the loose and warped siding repaired before ice builds up under it. Where the 2 sections of the home come together it moves and makes noise when you walk on it. Little concerning. We are trying to be patient and understanding but it’s getting ridiculous. We paid a lot of money for our home. We want what we paid for and what we expected. If they would have come out and made repairs review would have been better."

"This house lacks workmanship. The people that build these must be real proud of the junk they send out. I guess there is no pride in the work they do because it sure does show in the work they do. Walls not finished. Cracks everywhere. Trim cut wrong. Doors hung wrong. Even missing screws in the hinges. Different kinds of screw in hinges. Upside down hinges. Siding cut wrong. Trim cut wrong.Missing outside light. Caulk everywhere but were it should be. Everything has a scratch or ding in it. Clumps in the carpet. Carpet not stretched correctly.Floors squeak. Brand new house and the floor squeaks really mid country. The electric outlets not cut right. They aren't flush. I found wrappers in my heating ducts. My patio door is installed upside down. These people should be ashamed and embarrassed at what they do at mid country. Buyer beware what you see in a display isn't what your going to get."

"Too many issues to discuss here; below are just a few pictures (crown molding is miscut/misaligned, deck ceiling panels do not stay in position, drawers are not properly mounted, posts supporting deck ceiling are not vertically true, deck boards are not evenly cut). For the price paid the quality of components is seriously lacking, construction is commonly without attention to basic detail or alignment, and the service/response from the company is very poor. I'm not new to the manufactured home industry so I know what it means to pay your money and take your chances. It's been months now since the house was delivered and I'm still waiting for a 50+ list of problems to be addressed. You'd be well-advised to avoid this company."
