"This place is gross I agree. I don't know who is in charge but talk about a dirty store. Employees out front smoking while customers are in the store, looks like non employees are behind the counter. Unmotivated staff, asked to talk to the manager about three different prices on one item and was told that they don't currently have a manager and said I could pay the middle price (split the difference I guess). I needed the item, when I got home I opened it up and it was moldy. Went 15 minutes back, asked if I could get a number of someone to call, gave me the owner's number (allegedly). I called the number, got a voicemail of some guy, left a message, no return call, go figure. What a joke. Ill drive farther from now on and pay more. Whoever you are, if you really are the owner, your store is gross. Can't give less that one star or else I would! But what I can tell you is that I am going to tell everyone I know what exactly your store is all about!"

"This place is so gross! I was in there today and was at the check out. They had one of the front doors open and two employees were smoking right outside the store. I could smell cigarette smoke inside the store. As I was walking out I couldn’t go by the redbox to rent a movie because I was getting a headache from the smoke."

"Honestly just go to Kwik Trip. Its a 10 minute ride yeah but at least they know customer service. Here its like why even bother having staff? They also close whenever they feel like it too so, yeah, there ya go."

"New to the area. People have said don’t go unless absolutely necessary. First visit today. cluttered isles with boxes and non-customer carts. Customers needed to use other isles to get through....many complaints. Shoes and other items laying on floors making negotiating store very difficult. Store temperature was very hot. Looking for assistance was not to be found as three employees stood around chatting. Guess maybe the community was right. As"

"Stay away! I have shopped here for many years and always thought it was a decent place to get staples locally. I went in today to grab a few things and was appalled! Someone else recently wrote that this place has gone downhill and that is an under statement. It was absolutely disgusting, looked like there had been no attempt to clean, sweep, mop or pick up anything that was on the floor. My toddler had to go to the bathroom and we could smell it ten feet outside the door. I was so shocked, I snapped a picture of what looks like a serious public health concern to me. I couldn't even let her use the bathroom because it was so nasty. How could this place get so bad in such a short time?!"
