"Applying is a joke. I walked in asked if there was any positions available they said they needed people. I applied last month got most of the steps done then had a hiccup. Had to wait three weeks to hear back. Then came the run around asked multiple times if I could get the hiring teams number or human resources something to talk to the source. No one knows the number. Not to mention lack of email indicating your progress."

"I typically have a great experience and spent lots of money at this establishment since they opened. However, I bought 2 pairs of hey dudes for my fiance and my 4 year old son. I brought them home and noticed security tags still on them! So had to bring em back to get them removed the next day they were opened. So after that came home, had my son try shows on and they were a little tight. So I put them back in the box and put them on my shelf. Then went in yesterday to exchange for one size up and lady (crystal) stated I can't take these they are "filthy". I asked how so?! He literally only tried them on and I put them back in the box. So she was turning the shoe around and then pulled out the sole part that had foot print marks. Okay so my son had socks on when he tried shoes on, also who knows what other kid tried them on in the store?! It's only been maybe a week or less since I bought the shoes and he literally only tried em on and you can see NO other part of shoes are dirty. She stated nothing she could do, and I said ok thank you guess I'm not coming here again. In which she stated in a very unprofessional matter why because I can't put them back on the shelf. Mind you my 11 year old daughter was with me and even she said that this crystal lady was very rude!!! You can see how much I've spent if you looked it up, I wasn't looking to get money back just one size up either way. You can see on cameras me having to come back to get security tags taken off after I purchased and left, so shoes weren't looked over before I purchased! Very rude, unprofessional and unresolved. As now my son won't have shoes that fit until I can get enough to get him a different pair obviously from somewhere else!! Guess next time check the soles inside the shoes before purchasing!!! Also want to add, I've bought MANY shoes, hats, socks etc from here and even gift cards. NEVER once had to return nor exchange something before, so this being my first time having to just get one size up for shoes that didn't fit my son when he tried em on at home as I got wrong size and it being my first and worst experience and now not going back. Sucks because I've spent a lot and loved the store but maybe somewhere else will appreciate my loyalty."
