"Good place for recreational toys."
"I would not even know of this dealership except having driven through town and stopped in years earlier to kill some time between family stuff. I drove 60 miles further to purchase my 2023 Goldwing from Lang Equipment in Medford, Wisconsin instead of buying from Moon Motors in Minnesota. Total price at Lang in Medford, WI was less expensive than the big dealership in Minnesota despite Lang having a $1600 higher sale price. Those extra unknown fees really irk me. There were a couple things not quite right on the leftover 2023 Goldwing I bought but I was able to watch and learn from one of Lang's skilled mechanics while the snags were taken care of. These snags also delayed my return to Minnesota and saved me close to an hour of riding home through the rain. I highly recommend checking Lang Equipment out."

"I started at 3 stars but changed it up to 4 because of Customer interaction. And didn't want their ratings to go down too much. We had the 2 tires already purchased for our Harley-Davidson Ultra Limited. So our cost would only be for removal, mount and balance, and disposal. They did a good job and I would give them 4 1/2 stars for their interaction with customers. But we paid for the inexperience of the mechanic that did the job and paid for their labor time. My husband used to work at a motorcycle shop and knows how easy or difficult it is to change tires on full dresser motorcycles. When we heard the cost of the bill, I thought they had charged us for a tire. Thank you for doing the work we could not because we don't own the equipment to do it. Blessings on your business."
