"I am sure people has had stories or heard stories about being ripped off by an auto dealer. That IS NOT the case with Mathew. Matthew was very friendly, helpful, and very responsive to messages when buying my 2012 Toyota Highlander. When I first saw the Toyota Highlander I thought it was a very reasonable priced vehicle. I was really needing a new vehicle because the one I currently own has been an endless money pit and check engine light has been on for the past 2 weeks. It was time to retire my baby and get a knew one. Mathew was very transparent with me and showed me all the good parts of the vehicle and the parts of the vehicle that will need changed or cosmetically damaged. My first thought about Mathew, “ this does not seem like your typical dealer that is here to suck all the money they can get out of you”. I was interested in the Toyota and knew this vehicle will serve me good purpose (and get my moneys worth) until I can get up on my feet through this economic downturn that I feel 80% of Americans are feeling right now. I tried applying for an auto loan at my personal bank and unfortunately was not able to get approved for the total amount the Toyota Highlander was worth. I talk to Matthew about not being able to get approved. Matthew went above and beyond and called me after hours to get me the Toyota I wanted. With my consent, Mathew called several of his lenders to see if he could get me approved. Not only was he looking for just an approval for the bare minimum he was looking for the BEST deal with the BEST interest rate his lenders would offer. I was able to get a bank to give me the loan I needed with Matthew’s help. The receipt given to me for my Toyota Highlander is also transparent. The price of the vehicle, dealer service fee, tag and title fee, and sales tax. No hidden extra fees or costs. I typically don’t write reviews unless it’s worth to write about. Nobody will know how great of a person and dealer Matthew is unless it is written or talked about.
