"We had picked up 2 items on display with price clearly marked as 11.99 each. We got to counter and they charged us 17.99 EACH!!! Manager was rude said all items are marked wrong! Everything cost more he said even grocery stores. He refused to honor the price marked on display. He only said I'm taking it off that shelf now! That was sooo Wrong!! We should have just left items on counter and walked out. Still may just return them. We were just so shocked to raise price $12!!"
"This is the store I usually frequent the most and it's my favorite of all the locations. The only reason why I gave it a 4 star instead of a 5 is because I haven't always had the best experiences with the staff in the past. They seem like they're getting better, at least in the evenings since they made some changes. I can usually find what I'm looking for or if not, the guys there can typically order what I need. Management has always been really nice and attentive. The store manager goes above and beyond whenever we need something. I definitely recommend this location above the other ones in Evansville."
