"(Update as of 7/24) I hired Kenny to remodel my half-bath, guess what....HE REFUSES TO COMPLETE THE JOB. Now I'm part of the customers who have to pay another contractor to finish what KENNY started. He and crew did a great job on refurbishing our deck and Gutters. He considered my budget, requests and finished the projects timely. Unfortunately, he's no longer considered a "high recommendation". He holds the title of a DO NOT USE company. Kenny, don't waste your time responding to this review, when you fail to respond to my texts."

"Do not accept cash for dumpster rental with this company,the owner will not pay for overages and will put things in the dumpster that don't belong and tell you that your responsible for it. I will not recommend this company to anyone that want things done the honest way."

"Great work. Was on time every day until job was done. Very responsive if I had any questions or concerns about the job. Did an absolute amazing job will definitely be using again for future home repairs and remodeling!"

"Does not finish his work. He started a bathroom demo and also removed my kitchen ceiling with plans to replace a dropped ceiling. He showed up bright and early to complete the demo work and collect money. Over the following 5 weeks I pretty much had to beg him to come and even then he’d stop in for 1-2hrs. Finally at the 6 week mark I had to hire a new contractor to move forward after paying him thousands of dollars. One point he even gave me the “I need more money for supplies” line, which I naively fell for - he had a chip reader and asked to swipe my card for $150 and then swiped it for $200. Excuses for not being able to come back to complete the job included needing someone to drive him b/c he didn’t have a license, allergies, being sick, broken phone, laborer went to jail, etc. Most times my calls/texts just went unanswered. Beware."

"Paid for tear out of old small concrete patio and replace with 18'x25' concrete patio colored sandstone color and stamped with a pattern. The color ended up being red and not sandstone and the pattern was done very unevenly and overlapped in places. Some places have heavy indentations, while others have almost no pattern. There are large heavy brush marks and rough spots all over. The steps have a chunk of concrete missing and there's also spots where it looks like they stepped on and sunk into the concrete. Until I made the final payment, Kenny was responsive on the phone and they even started the job a couple days ahead of schedule. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of paying in full before the job was finished. It's been a month since I paid in full and the owner Kenny is almost completely unresponsive during that time. He claims he can fix this with some grinding and sealant, yet in the past month he's never attempted to fix it. He's told me he, or his guys, would be over on a certain day several times and then no one shows up. I then call and/or text Kenny to find out what is going on and he doesn't respond for days on end and finally responds back with some excuse. As you can see from the photos, the color and stamping was done horribly and I suspect they just don't know how, or don't want to waste their time trying to fix it."
