"Place has been sold again and I've been trying to call and get my payment updated for 2 months now. Half the time I call mailbox is full so I can't even leave a message the other times I've called I leave a voicemail but no one ever calls me back. I've never been able to call and actually talk to someone. And I'll b damned if I get charged service fees or late fees when I have been calling trying to pay my bill but get no response. I'm seriously about to take my stuff and money elsewhere!!!!!"

"Pure garbage has some kind of racket with portage police because my unit got broken into and portage police asked ME! Why did it take so long for me to come in? All my stuff Ncluding a Bible from the 1700 I pray in the name of Jesus that vengeance is mine saith the Lord. I had brand new stuff in there when they caught the guy they didn’t try to even help me at all."
"How do you even pay the bill. I’ve been trying for the last four months since they got bought out. Can get ahold of the person who runs it. No one will answer the phone call back or even message back. But you get charged late fees. This place is really starting to get on my last nerve"
