"Great experience. Found our Fusion on the internet and drove almost 4 hours to see it. Was exactly as Skip had described and we bought on the spot. Would definitely buy from them again!"
"Took my truck in for recall and told them to check the “front brakes” that they had previously changed due to squealing that they stated would wear in. They never worn in or stopped squealing. Service advisor Chris called later and said the truck was ready and that the noise was coming from the back brakes and the pads and everything are good still 4-5mm. Upon pick up i went to the desk to get keys and they hand me a bill for $170. I went to the service advisor to ask what the charge was for and he said it was for the diagnostic of the rear brakes. Never did he call and ask if i wanted them to check the rear brakes. Never did he tell me i had a bill. I feel i shouldn’t have been charged. Nothing was even fixed after paying $170. I paid someone to tell me i have squeaking brakes. Communicate with the customer. Don’t just assume oh we can look at the back brakes and charge him for new brakes if they need replaced and if they are good we can charge him for just taking the wheel off and looking at the brakes."

"Well most recently I was taking my 2008 Lincoln Town car in for a brake fluid flush and refill, got there around 7:46am sit there all day until around 1:40pm car still wasn’t ready. I had my daughter come get me, long story short, the fluid was still the same contaminated brake fluid the reason I took it in for. The technician never flushed the brake fluid, so I examined the fluid at home and took a sample and placed it in a plastic tube. I goes back the following day to get a refund for work not properly done. The service manager said that he wasn’t refunding me anything! By this point I’m furious after I spent $200.28 for work that wasn’t done. I don’t recommend anyone in surrounding area in Merrillville to have your car service there. Mind you I’ve bought three new vehicles from Art Hill in six years. Where the loyalty? Technician takes upon himself not to flush the brake fluid stating it was clear fluid on his report , even the service manager stuck his finger down in the reservoir saying it appears clear to me. Lol what a joke, the one on the left is what the technician left in my car. Never flushed anything, irresponsible and lazy! I’m a Ford Motor Company employee and service technician at the Chicago Assembly Plant I know better, so the second go round they properly flushed and refilled the brake fluid. I shouldn’t have to argue with a service manager when technician didn’t do his or her job."
"Just bought a 2024 explorer from art hill and the entire process was so seamless!!! Our salesperson was Chris, we had dealt with him from the very first day we started looking at vehicles months ago. He gave us all of our options and explained the trim lines very thoroughly even though I couldn't make up my mind! He was patient and would answer the same question I would ask over and over about the different trim lines. As first time new car buyers, he walked us hand and hand through all of the steps. The financing process was smooth and easy, and I never felt pressured to make a decision. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car.
