"I was seeing the doctor because of breathing difficulties. I had a thyroid biopsy that left me with nerve damage to my right vocal cord fold. As directed by the paper work from Methodist Southlake, concerning after care, to consult my physician if difficulty happened after the procedure I was told by Dr. Albert that I had to see the radiologist who caused the problem. He had a very smirky response and sarcastic response. He said if I had my finger accidentally cut by someone else you wouldn’t come to me for help. My last few consultations with him have been pretty similar. “So how can I help you today?” Like I came to buy a pair of shoes, when clearly I had a serious issue. I had hoped he would at least advise more help than just gargle with some salt water since he could hear my breathy and hoarse voice. It came across as if he didn’t take me seriously and just wanted to get me on my way. His nurse that day was very very nonchalant with her interactions as well. He needs to just retire. He had been more helpful at the USSteel Medical Practice and was helpful at sending me for the right tests for anemia that resulted in a diagnosis of uterine fibroids. Though he was very slow seeing me most times I depended upon his knowledge. He has become very lacking in his capacity to care for me and I will no longer be continuing under his care."

"I was looking for a new doctor and decided to go with Dr. Albert even though I read a lengthy horrible review about him and his staff. I took a gamble and decided to see him at the start. He seemed very cordial and thorough as I was leaving his office, I mentioned to him that I think I have a hernia, and to my surprise, he just blew me off and said something to the affect that I did not have anything wrong, even though I knew better, because I had gone through hernias before. I went to another doctor. He had me do a CT scan and concluded that. Yes indeed I had a surgery from a past surgery that needed to be corrected. I was very angry with Dr. Albert, and called his assisted mentioned what was discovered, and how I felt the way I was treated and just brushed off by this new doctor. I was hoping to keep. She was surprised and sounded sympathetic and empathetic, but that did not help because a month ago I had corrective surgery for the hernia. That’s a good doctor told me I did not have without even examining me. I am very angry and upset still, and may take legal action against this Doctor Who is supposed to take the Hippocratic oath. Please stay away from this doctor he obviously does not care about his patience, and his careless, and may have committed malpractice or at the most or least malfeasance. He is a disgrace to his profession and needs to be called on, and maybe his practice shut down, and his license taken away because of his failure to follow up With what his patients tell him they suspect about their own bodies. Stay away and beware!!!"

"Dr Albert is good but the staff is absolutely terrible. They are rude and dismissive. The worst part is they don’t know how to code blood work or other services. Yearly routine blood work coded wrong and now I have $1500 bill that they can’t seem to correct. While trying to get them to fix their mistake, the bill went to collections. They did this to my wife and myself. 2 bills incorrectly coded and all they can say is “oh well”. These people in the office are ripping you off by not correctly coding blood work and other services. Do not trust this staff with your money. Go find a more trustworthy doctors office for your medical needs."
