"They messed up my MRI 3x! First time I show up and they didn't get my orders and didn't bother telling me until I was in the lobby. Second time I show up, confirm they have my orders, and go back. I think all is well then once I come out of the machine find out they only performed one of the orders and not both I speak to the office manager to schedules me a third time. Third time I show up and I'm somehow not on the schedule! I hand the person the card that the office manager had filled put herself and a ruckus ensues behind the desk. An insane amount of errors, extremely unhelpful and unprofessional front desk staff. Would give zero stars if I could."

"Had over 4 MRI's there in the last 10 years, and every time the staff was outstanding. Extremely kind and helpful, from receptionist to technicians. Highly recommended."

"Deserves no stars plus the #10 face from the pain chart. Be very mindful of what comes out your mouth. Will not defame this workers character but, definitely needs more skills on how to advocate with human beings via in person or by phone. Her interaction alone has diverted me to reschedule with another facility. Liberty Mutual insurance apologized for my experience with the individual & was very understanding. I will not recommend that location to family nor friends."

"Receptionist Vicky was so kind and understanding when we were late for MRI appointment. Gave us directions over the phone and helped us navigate to the facility after being lost for over an hour and a half. She was so empathetic and understanding and still took me after being over an hour late. So grateful for an employee like Vicky to show some kindness."
