"I've lived in this area for decades and visited this Speedway countless times over. I've NEVER experienced someone as rude as whoever you had working today. Pumped $50 worth of gas & ran into to grab slurpees for the kids. Walked around the corner & dropped the slurpees. Obviously, like a decent human, I say, "Oh, no! I'm so sorry!" and begin picking up the mess as best I can. Looking up towards the register area to get an employee, see nobody. Grab napkins because it's not only on the floor but all over my hands and in my hair. At this point, the employee decides she'll FINALLY acknowledge what's going on with a rude. "Leave it, don't be using all my napkins!" I'd have paid for the dropped ones, new ones, and also other snacks inside the store, but since this individual decided to get loud at me instead of talking to me like a human being I left. She sure had no issue running out the store after me screaming about the whopping $4 worth of Slurpees.... she could have brought that same energy to respond to the incident. She told me not to come back, so I will not. We'll get our Slurpees and gas from the Luke station down the street. Everyone makes mistakes. Everyone has bad days. But do better."

"I've been a customer at this location since I moved in the area four years ago. The service has been great! I know staffing is an issue everywhere today but I don't think you need to scrape the bottom of the barrel to fill a need. What I experienced tonight 3/11/2023 @ 12:10 am was ridiculous. Why is your staff member glaring at me rolling eyes just because I opened the door and walked in? The ensuing attitude was horribly negative!! When I leave my house I can go any direction to fulfill my needs. Please coach your team member that coming to your location is a choice!!!!"

"Went to get a drink. The cashier and only worker at the time of my visit was chatting with her boyfriend with a line behind him. Two people walked out ahead of me while waiting. Upon check out I bought two mnt dew pops labeled as 2 for 3.50$ and was told my price was 5 dollars and some change. When I brought this up to her she told me there wasn't anything she could do about it because there was no manager on shift. I explained she could at least take the sign off the fridge with the wrong price and she again stated she wasn't a manager and there was nothing she could do. As the only team member on shift she could at least remove a false advertisement for their products. I dropped my money on the counter to pay for my items and she got even more rude due to my annoyance with her lack of caring for her job and responsibilities. She then stated that she didn't really care and that's not her job as I walked out. Her boyfriend stood next to the side/back of the counter during all of this so she could continue to talk with her while she handled the rest of the line that was building behind me. Completely unprofessional. Zero stars."

"Went in to use the men's room. Smelled like 100 Year old urine, sticky floors, detritus on the floors. Told the manager, she said she'd handle it. I can't imagine all that mess and odor is recent. Wife said the ladies room is off a similar condition. Makes me wonder if they've cleaned the fecal matter that builds on the soda fountain nozzles. Wasn't about to find out. In their defense though, they were busy as sh*t."
