"I know 1Source from the flow of business that they have brought to the lumber store I work at. Their staff is always so nice and professional. 1Source staff is soully focused on providing only the best quality of work for their customers, and it shows with the smiling faces those customers give off talking about this company. 1source work is so unmatched that we even carry their cards here at the lumber store for other customers to call upon their excellent service. This has gotten to the point where we run out of cards all the time, and have to write down their main number on posted notes. At this point I always have a tab ready on my phone just to give people the information for 1Source. I can not recommend them in higher than I already do. "We contacted 1Source to add a new ridge to our barn and then decided to add a cupolas. When we arrived home the cupolas was installed but not the new ridge. The crew came out to install the new ridge - was not the right size. New ridge was ordered and delivered - crew came to install it - still not the right size so they went to store to get some 2 x 4's so they could make it work. Whoever came out originally obviously did not measure and there is a communication issue with whoever comes out for the original quote and those doing the installation. They created more work for the crew installing. The cupolas was pretty dented and banged up in the process. No apologies for the poor service that we experienced."
