"I’ve had my unit broken into. The lock was cut. When speaking to other people about this place, they have had the same issue. I do believe that people in Terre Haute target this area. Response to RED DOT: I filed a claim over a week ago without resolve. Ive filed a police report. Thank you but I'm sure you can not do anything past that."

"If it possible to to have given 0 stars I would have. In short, don’t store your stuff here. Before you read the rest of this, if you or anyone you care about has their stuff here, immediately take it somewhere else. This place make you pay for insurance and is 100% a waste of money. The company and their insurance provider did little to help me find, compensate, or prevent my break in. Moreover, this place is a EXTREMELY COMMON place where thief’s attack as when the officer showed up they had notified me that not only was I the 4th person he had written a report for that day, but I’m his 4 years of working there has been over over 400 break ins! There are no cameras, the “security guard” is located 2 counties away, and the gate code allows you to access everyone storage container. When I found out all my stuff was stolen and went through their insurance process in which I was told essentially they will not compensate me for over $20,000 worth of stuff, because there was no proof of breakage. Which is ridiculous because as you can see in the attached photos that why in the world would I just do that to myself. If my story does not convince you and that perhaps they would change, I would like you to think that if me and many many other people have been treated the same way then you might want to think twice before storing your stuff with this company because they clearly don’t care that your stuff gets stolen and they never get punished for it."

"Poor service, never see an alive service person here. Dirty. Unsafe. My unit was broke in May, and sent wrong code, so that my friend were unable to check for me. Have a pad lock locked and charge me for around forty bugs but never receive a key sent to local address. Missing six cases of staff only cover left there"

"My storage got broken in 2 months after I rent it. The gate was also broken (wide open, the gate blocker was teared down), which means anyone can get in without password. Meanwhile, my storage was added additional locks (there are two red locks on my door at that point, one cause it was broken in; my old lock was gone so they added a new one, the other is because my payment wasn't processed through cause their online system crashed). I called them to pay my bill, but they can't process it either cause its their online system that crashed down, not my payment problem. They let me wait until their system went back normal, which they themselves don't have a clue when. One week after, I asked them when can they fix their front gate so no strangers can get in. Then, they tell me they still don't know. After all, they don't seem to care about things stored inside your units. The front gate is still wide open :). Avoid this place by all means if you have other choice."
