"How else do I file a complaint with PNC Bank? I went to the BBB. What else? Thornton's gas station on 3rd Street in Terre Haute, In on 7-27-24 at 3:15 am I used this ATM to get 200$ for rent. The machine whirred like it was getting the money but then said it couldn't make the transaction. I tried the ATM right next to it and it immediately said it couldn't make the transaction. I checked my phone after going to get it in the car and sure enough, the money was missing from my Chime account. I called PNC Bank, the girls working at the gas station got me the number, and PNC Bank said to make a complaint through my bank. I did this twice. They said an investigation would take 45 days, then this morning, a few days later, I saw an email saying there was no error. Meaning these banks just stole$200 from me. They couldn't have checked the cameras or anything. They did no investigation. Im sick and worried. I can't afford to just lose 200$. What else can I do? I started a dispute with the BBB. Who else can I go to for attention to get my money? I'm freaking out."
