"Very frustrating to reach out this store due to hung up phone call twice without making any conversation. They didn’t not reply email at all. They failed to deliver on specific time I requested. They missed one of three balloons total on the order. No refund for missing item after it was delivered. It was easy to order online, but not reliable company for lack of item, non-refundable, and no phone call or email conversation avaliable."

"I paid for a delivery to my valentine, my fiance, about 5 or 6 days in advance. I scheduled it for delivery on Valentine's day. And my paranoia I called the day before, yesterday, and double check the validity of my order and was reassured that would be delivered to her business as I intended for the surprise roughly before 2:00. I have not heard anything from her via text or calls of Joy surprising, so I called back again today around 4:00 and was informed that it's still setting on site. While the person I spoke to was very polite and apologetic there was no form of recompense compensation, or overall business to customer transaction recuperation. I was told they could deliver it somewhere else, completely eliminating the extra surprise via greeting card I paid for. Would not recommend this place based on this experience"

"Extremely disappointed in the funeral arrangement they made for the boxed urn for my Dad’s ashes. We gave them the exact measurements. Width, depth and height. Apparently (from the manger, Michelle) they were confused. They did not know how to make this and make it look right. They did not call us for clarification (because they did not want to bother us on the day of the funeral, that was at 4pm). So they guessed at how to make it, made it too small. We had to remove flowers from the sides and back to make the urn fit. Then that left a lot of blank spaces where there should have been flowers. All she kept telling me was that we received $200 worth of flowers and “I’m sorry”. Refused to offer a compensation for their mistake! Awful customer service!"

"Maggie & Moe's always does an amazing job on my orders. All of the staff is super helpful and has even let me go into the cooler to pick out the flowers I want. These Lillies were a huge hit."
