"It was definitely a great experience with Hessville plumbing. Prior to calling them, I had two different plumbers come over and could not fix the Problem with my toilet. my kid threw some kind of toy in the toilet that had a magnet attached to it and the only way you can find it was to take the toilet off and the previous plumbers that I hired did Not find the issue. So I gave them my A+ for that. However, I just called them again to give me An estimate on fixing The outside spigot that's connected to my water hose, which was leaking and water was getting inside my house. The guy that came over and briefly told us that he will have to tear down my walls from the inside to fix it, which was totally untrue. I hired Roto reuter this morning to come over to fix it and they were able to get the problem resolved within a couple hours with a very fair price. So now I don't know how experience this company is when it comes to more than just Rodding toilets."
