"I took my car to Will to have the water pump replaced he said he replaced it. I had to take my car back on four separate occasions for it running hot. Will said he replace that water pump. Once again my car ran hot again. I had to bring it back. He said it was something else which it wasn’t. I picked my car up once again it ran hot. I took it to. BMW to have it checked. They ran a diagnostic test on it came back. The water pump was no good. The water pump was from China. Will also broke bolts off replacing it and did not repair them! The last time I took my car to Will he said he fixed it once again. It ran hot I was done. I have given him ample opportunities to fix my BMW X5!! I took it to (BMW) in August they replace the water pump. I have not had a problem with my car running hot. He has cost me five tows, five rental cars $200 for the diagnostic test and countless of hours of pain and suffering the last time I sent him the diagnostic test and the video from BMW before I had it repaired to see what he (Will) was gonna do about it. He never replied to this day. all this started in December 2022! He also charged just as much as (BMW) did!"

"You can't go wrong with Klarer. When your car is scheduled to go in, it does. From tune-ups to struts, you're covered. But if a mechanic tells you the cause of a fault needs to be addressed, you should listen. As an industrial mechanic, I can fix a machine and see the root cause of a fault that needs to be repaired. The machine will run just fine until it breaks sooner than you think. It is cheaper to take care of the whole issue right away. Think about it."

"15 Aug 2023 update. Will Klarer continues to be my go-to person for all three of my cars. Went in to make an appt., and he was able to do it right then, extremely convenient. My go-to place when circumstances permit. Knows his stuff and charges less than the dealer. Mar 3 2020 follow-up: I have both a Mercedes and a Lexus - both out of warranty. Will Klarer is my go-to guy anytime I need anything done I can't do myself. He's familiar with both my models and knows what to do and isn't shy about using aftermarket parts when it makes sense (Mercedes air shocks are more $$$ and have a 1 year warranty, after market cost less and have a lifetime warranty). HIs memory is phenomenal - I just had some upgrades done on the Lexus and he asked how my Mercedes was doing. Feb 26 2022 follow-up - was able to diagnose and do a temp fix on my Mercedes GL450 pending the arrival of a needed part for a permanent fix. No charge. 19 Oct 2022 update. Will Klarer was able to get me in and solve my issue in under 30 minutes. The best."
