"This branch is awful. They don't even want to help you. "Go outside to the kiosk"!! Woman told me that 3 times this morning. I'm using a human please. It's totally worth your time to drive to the Brazil branch."

"I think license is like 25 bucks use debit card probably pay a little fee , use cash, it's a great place people are awesome , probably get the license in a few days maybe up to 2 weeks. When using the kiosk for registration you can get them straight from the kiosk no waiting for the mail, no worries! Both Terre Haute, and Brazil Locations are nice, Hope this help safe travels."

"Staff seems extremely stressed and projects it onto customers. There is a lack of time management skills, customer service skills, and leadership skills. Kiosks are extremely difficult to use - if you must go, take a number and wait to speak to someone it won’t make much difference in your time. Brazil BMV is only about 20 minutes away and the staff are much more considerate to peoples situations."

"Manager who helped me had to make multiple phone calls just to hand back a Post-It note that she asked me to write my social security number on. I was required to stand there for 10 minutes just for her to hand back my own post it Note with my own social security number on there which obviously no one would want to just leave in the hands of someone else. When you add that to attitude from another employee I felt obligated to leave a review. Mind you this is also after my license never showed up in the mail and they couldn't tell me why it hadn't been sent back to them I went in for answers and got zero."
