"Kevin was called out to do an estimate and estimate only after storm damage to tarp a roof. When my mother in law arrived to the house someone was already on the roof doing work. He did not have permission from either homeowner to complete work. He also charged an outrageous bill for probably 20 minutes of work that included stapling 2 tarps to the roof. When emailed about an itemized statement for cost break down the email was ignored. Then I followed up and called and recieved a call back from Kevin. He was immediately hostile and rude and refused to give me a cost breakdown just continued to say "that was the price" He then proceeded to say we were holding up his money when we recieved the bill less than one week ago. He then proceeded to be extremely professional and hung up on me."

"Had an estimate done in may 2021 to have 2 windows replaced. Kevin came and measured the windows and told me what to order. So I did and he kept telling me he would call me back with a date to install the windows which he never did. I had to call him and he would never call back when the receptionist said she would have him call me. Never returns calls. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend."

"I hire them to do work on my garage and they never show up. I called again when the tree guys removed the trees off the garage to ask them to tarp the roof. They don't show up for a couple days and I call again and they get someone out there, this wasn't an emergency and the tree guys said they would have taken care of that. I hired them to fix my garage. They send a Mike out to look at the damage and they never call or show up again. They send me an out of site bill and when I called he said the insurance pay at that rate. I asked for an Itemized bill and the owner refused. 2 guys for 2 hours, 2 new tarps and 1 used one for over a thousand dollars. I don't think so. Now I'm in collections. You are a fool if you use these people."
