"Unreliable! Called them on Feb. 25th and stated I live 40 miles away. That seemed to be a concern for them even though I knew I would have to pay for their travel. Not a problem for me. I was told their installers were busy and it would be "late summer" before they could get back to me. I informed them this wasn't a problem. It is now Sep. 21st. Can't get much more "late summer" then that. I haven't heard a word from them since."
