"They're fast loading, but they don't add the weight of the shipping supplies to their product weight so you don't get an accurate weight. Everyone there is aware of this, yet they continue to do that. Which I think are deceptive business practices, and they could be charged with fraud if the trucking companies were to band together. I just don't see that happening anytime soon."

"Gate opens at 0700. Office opens at 0800. Not first come, first serve. Docking order is based on appt time. Appt 1000, checked in at 0800. 1st to check in, 3rd to dock at 1300. Reefer loads are ONE truck at a time. Each truck takes 2hrs, give or take. Plenty of room to back and room to park once gate is open Worst part about this place is lack of parking if you're early. Streets cluttered with no parking signs. There's a dirt lot by the gate than can fit 3 or 4 trucks. I arrived at 0300 thinking I was early enough, unfortunately not. Had to get creative Ladies in office have an attitude. I'm from nyc so I didn't mind but talking with the other drivers, they did. No restrooms"

"5 hours past my appointment time and still here. If you're refrigerated they seem to only unload one truck at a time. In these 5 hours they only unloaded one truck before me. Good luck to the 6 trucks waiting after me when they close in an hour. Just get here at 8 regardless of appt and pray."

"Pretty easy to get to. Only 2 turns off 80. Take 80 to exit 161 (Torrance) go north 3.5 miles. Turn right onto State and go 2 miles. Turn left into facility. Quick unload but doesn't open until 0800 so don't expect to be seen until then. Plenty of room to park outside gate if you come early and gate is closed. Was open for me at 0700 but I'm not sure when they open the gate. Also plenty of room to back."

"Beyond difficult coming to this place, damn near all the streets have (NO TRUCK SIGNS) If it’s your first time coming here I recommend coming here in the middle of the night, Tight streets. You will have to use gut instincts. There is overnight parking near the place, on a tight street. There is a loud train that honks going by every couple or few hours. They do have a gate closing up the place when done operating. Gate opens up at 0700, the door for the shipping/receiving office doesn’t open up until 0800. My appointment was at 0800, and it took them two hours and a half to load me. Make sure to have two load locks, no sight of a bathroom. A tight dock, luckily I was first in line to get a door."
