"Came in on a Saturday morning to get a document notarized only to be told that it would be an hour wait due to not having sufficient staff onsite. Very disappointed as this seems to be a common trend in mostly brown populated communities."

"I have waited almost a month for almost 4 grand that I deposited into one of their ATMs I have been extremely patient because they said it was at the top priority in their claims. Every single time I try to call the branch no one ever answers and Now I realize that’s why claims isn’t working because the branch isn’t answering, but this has been a month and you’re telling me if I have negatives in my account you’re going to additional give me a a fee the next day, but I can’t get a response until I become frustrated and even then I’m still out 4 grand. They also said they would give me credit in the mean time which might have made it easier to wait if it wasn’t only 35.00$ compared to my 3500$ claim Hopefully someone can see this review and help me out bc this branch and chase are essentially robbing me and telling me to wait without no updates."

"This Chase branch on Commercial is really small and at times over crowded even the ATM machines get crowded when really busy. The employees and managers are pretty good, I give them respect for dealing with so much in this small bank but my overall experience was good just wish they had a drive through like most banks."

"This Chase is much like every other Chase. Employees are polite and helful. Just a little slow. If it is Friday or Monday? Give yourself some time to be in there."

"Nothing really to write home about this Chase location. I'm often unsettled that the ATMs are located in the same lobby way as the general entrance to the bank, I prefer a little more privacy than that. However, the staff here is really nice and I always get what I needed done promptly."
