"These people are total scam artists I applied and got approved for 850 and I signed all documents and never received any funds. Everyday I call them they tell me they are having technical difficulties and it's been a week allready. I mean what company has technical problems for a week. DO NOT do business with these people they charge extremely high rates and never give you the funds they say you got approved for ! Total SCAM ! "BEWARE ""

"Horrible experience and horrible customer service. Contacted them as my checking account was compromised. Filed a police report and contacted all of my credit cards company’s. All were pleasant. I contacted credit ninja. Informed them that I was waiting for a new account to be established and for the fraudulent charges to be reversed. They stated okay not a problem and documented my account that I would pay off the loan as soon as everything was cleared. A few weeks later, I contacted credit ninja to pay off my loan. They charged me another $200 in interest fees. Additionally, the customer service representative was rude. This company does not care and they will charge you 300 interest DAILY. There are better ways, trust me DO NOT GO HERE."
