I contacted credit ninja. Informed them that I was waiting for a new account to be established and for the fraudulent charges to be reversed. They stated okay not a problem and documented my account that I would pay off the loan as soon as everything was cleared. A few weeks later, I contacted credit ninja to pay off my loan. They charged me another $200 in interest fees. Additionally, the customer service representative was rude. This company does not care and they will charge you 300 interest DAILY. There are better ways, trust me DO NOT GO HERE."
