"I went in at 20mins to close to look at a Glock 19. I decided to go with it, but due to closing time we waited on the purchase, because we didn’t know how long it would take, I didn’t want to have the guys stay late on me and agreed I’d come back in the morning. One gentleman was cool and said they’d take care of me with a discount (totally didn’t need to do that). That night I was at home looking in the site and the site had the gun at $655 and the store sticker was $699. So when I went in they gave the gentleman who was helping me a sticker that said 5% off. Well, I mentioned the price on the site, they honored it, but took the 5% discount away. Disappointing, because I was told different, but life goes on. I ended buying two firearms and a bunch of accessories. Everything went good and had a decent experience. A few days later I go to install the holosun scs-320 that I paid $450 for and when I opened the box, the mounting plate, mounting screws and tool were all missing. I have four other optics, so no big deal. I’ll use the stuff from those and we will be good. Now the optic adjustment screw on top and the side are not working properly. Its cranked all the way to the right and the green dot will not center. I called up after troubleshooting with holosun and asked if I need to return it or swap it through the manufacturer or if they could help out? I was told to bring it in and they would help out, cool. My wife went up for me and worked with a gentleman that was being helpful and then Chuck chimed in. My wife told me he was giving a lot of push back and tries to make her out as a liar and putting the blame on me as to why it’s broke. My wife kept her cool, but was really having a hard time with this. She said they went in the back, came back up, and said there was a mistake, then gave her a new one. I called up there to get some names and the gentleman who I talked to heard a little of my frustration (sorry about that) and he explained that it was taken care of, and Chuck just made a “mistake.” He didn’t disagree with any of my concerns and an apology would have been nice, but that sounds like it would have been too much. I would not have contacted holosun or asked if I need to go through them if I was trying to pull a fast one. I’ve never been rude, always grateful with the help, and mindful of their time. Every time I go in there, I spend something with them and the last time was a decent amount, but I will not step foot in that door ever again, because of Chuck and his disrespect for customers, most importantly , my wife. It’s disappointing, because there are a lot of good helpful people in there, but one guy just ruined that for us, by making my wife out to look like a liar and make it look like we’re trying to cheat them."
"Great variety of new and used firearms. There is no shooting range, but I think they have a simulator. Very knowledgeable staff."
"Had a transfer done here. Quick and painless, the guys behind the counter were professional. Since Blythe's closed this is going to have to be the new spot for transfers. Not mad because it was a good experience."
"Came by just to kill some time while my new car got finished up. These guys are friendly and knowledgeable. Even had some great Inside information . Large variety at good prices. Really nice place . I'll have to make a return trip and come to buy and not just shop ."
"Conducted a transfer here many times for several firearms. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I did observe a wide selection of new and used guns as well. The selection of lever action rifles are very nice and priced very well. Will return for more business."
