"Feb, 22'- Repeatedly received poor customer service. It was such an easy sale too! I called asked for a gas stainless double oven range - he gave me 2 options. I chose one. Then asked for a stainless hood that wasn't too loud. He suggested one, full steam ahead. But the sales rep rarely got back to me, communicated poorly, was rarely available, had 0 personality. The delivery date was quite a ways out, which was fine, IF THEY HAD INSTALLED as I paid for! $200 for an instal that never happened! Now of course, they won't take my phone calls to get money back. Don't know how they stay in business. Will be updated as this plays out. April, 22'- was able to get install money back. I would not recommend them."

"I spoke with my sales lady when I ordered 5 appliances back in February and have never heard from her again. Do they work on commission? .After waiting 3 months to get part of my appliances, which she never called to tell me they were in, I had to wait over 2 weeks to get them installed. Now that my dishwasher is finally in ( glad I called) now I have to wait 3 weeks for instalation. I realize due to the pandemic things take awhile but what happened to customer service? It's definitely not here. FYI. The first service guys who installed my fridge were amazing. I do want to thank them for doing a great job."
