"Placed a mobile order and was cancelled as I was pulling into the parking lot to pick it up. Told me they were out of the bread I ordered. A substitution or a bowl would've been fine. Pretty sure they just decided they were done for the day and cancelled."

"This location is terrible worse customer service ever!!! Placed an order for $49.06, called to let them know that instead of four bags of chips, I only received three. What purpose do I have to lie about a $1.49 bag of chips. Just continued to argue with me that there were indeed 4. Well there are 4 people in my household and only 3 people had chips with their sandwiches. $1.49 smh if I was going to lie, I would have complained about my sandwich. Not a $1.49 bag of chips. Some people just can’t be wrong and that’s ridiculous $1.49"

"It always the same black lady for me. No matter who else working and doing there job well, it's her. She over charged me out top of giving me attitude. She could have kept on with the attitude, and half putting the sandwiched together. However, she moved other employees out the way so she can be her, nasty. It was a white lady doing the sandwiches and a white guy on the register. How she ended up doing both is beyond me other then she wanted to start a problem again. Silly me wanted to try it again with the fact she probably wasn't working but I guess she's always there. Wrote corporate the same day with one of the receipt numbers, it's been about a week never heard back from them. I'm cool. It fits me best to go to the store, and just do it all myself for a great ending night. Could have ready use the extra help that I paid/pay my money for, but that's OK. It cost too much for the troubles, when I can take the extra time at home."

"I love Jersey Mike's but this location is has poor custome serviceand are skimpy on the Phillys. Usually it takes 5 to 8 minutes to prepare my Philly cheese and I asked for extra cheese. When my Sandwich was prepared in 3 minutes. I checked it and there was a small amount of non melted cheese under the one side with the meat. I informed the lady that I order extra cheese and she responded. " I gave you extra cheese" I told her it was only a small amount and she didn't respond. If I'm being charged for extra cheese I should get what i paid for.. Also It would have been nice for her to fix it. Horrible customer service. My Mom original italian was perfect thats why I added a star."
