"Any other time I read the reviews on places I take my stuff to these ppl had my son prom jacket for a month I took it in the end of March they told me it would be ready by April 10th I told them he goes on prom the 26th of April I called on the 15th he told me it would be ready the end of the week today I call still not finish he told me to give him till tomorrow I told him I just wanted the jacket back as is he was supposed to put pictures of my son father grandfather and grandmother in it that's no longer with us and he failed to have it done this place is TRASH don't waste your time going here and he said he been doing this work for over 30yrs he need to hang it up"

"Brought white clothing in that didn’t have any stains what so ever and walked out with stands spots on pure white. When I pointed it out there was not sympathy, or we wiliness to refund your cash or re-do it. I just took my two items and just left I will never go back. When you try to support local and you get neighborhood poor customer service. Service time window: Dropped off Monday 2pm Received Thursday."

"DO NOT GO HERE!! A few weeks ago my fiancé brought my belongings here for the 1st time to be cleaned. They pressed everything but didn’t clean anything. I’m just now noticing as I’m wearing the items that were supposed to be cleaned. I’m wearing a dirty shirt now- i left a Tylenol in the pocket and it was untouched, they are disgusting and trifling!! I want a refund and I’m coming for it this weekend."

"I used this place because they had convenient hours, and they were close. I've trusted them with small jobs before, and maybe that's the way I should've kept it. I recently brought in a lot of clothes which made me have a healthy bill with them, no problem. I came in to retrieve my clothes right before they closed, and right before I had to be at service, so I didn't have time to check every item, and neither did the sales rep, who's customer service was great. A couple days later my husband was getting ready for service and noticed that his shirts were missing. After searching our car and home we concluded that his shirts were never returned. I called them immediately, they were rude, and pretty much blew me off. I called back on a normal business day, and I was told they would review the tape. Long story short, my husband's shirts were never found, and we weren't compensated. Moral of the story, check your items before you pay, and definitely before you leave, because once you pay your ticket out they don't know you."
