Drop & Go Laundromat

"This has got to be the absolute worse laundry mat that I have ever been too!!! It is over 80 degrees with dryer on and they have 2 fans in the whole place!!! On top of that only half the dryers even work with only 2 tables to fold clothes on this is such a shame and I’ll neverrr be back!!!! I wish I could give them zero stars"

"Clean quiet. The wash machine went on for almost an hour. It was stuck on rinse cycle and not many dryer work. Out of 18 dryers, only 8 work."

"Well, I did use there services and paid a lot of money too. They do not fold clothes and from what I could tell at least 2 of the 5 bags wasn’t washed at all and there was little yellow bug eggs in there. When I called the establishment he told me to take them to a laundromat and dry them, not bring the clothes back to him_unbelievable. I do not recommend them and when I came back I could swear they had taken one of my turquoise towels and was using it at the counter. I did not say anything but when I got home I only had 1but I buy doubles everything. So yeah, wash your own clothes, lazy, lazy and did I say lazy. Just O"

"I had knee surgery so I can't wash my clothes like I want to. I usually take them to a laundromat up north i like, but I decided to patronize this place. Don't know how to clean clothes nor fold properly. AND TOSSEd ALL THE SOCKS IN A BAG UN PAIRED. Smh."

"This place doesn’t even deserve one star but I couldn’t leave a review without it. I’ve recently moved into the neighborhood and have been checking this laundromat out for some time but could never find time within the restrictive hours (because it’s still operating under COVID-19 hours). I was excited to finally get the chance to check it out only to discover you have to pay to wash and dry. Over half of the laundry machines and dryers are inoperable and what does work, does not work well at all. The attendant didn’t have change because the owner keeps the place empty and even though she tried to be helpful, the machines not working was out of her control. My laundry usually only averages an hour and a half of my time, if that. Here I spent over two hours trying to wait for my clothes to dry at least somewhat so that I could go home. They have a drop off service that’s return the next day but if the owner doesn’t care to update his machines or fix them when they’re broken, I don’t trust them to take care with my laundry. I will not be returning here and I’m so disappointed the state of this business for this area."
