"CAUTION: Potential future customers PLEASE DO YOUR DILIGENCE AND READ REVIEWS BEFORE USING SERVICE! Originally I spoke to Linus about having a custom t-shirt for next day service. I sent a front and back image via email. Linus called to confirm that he did receive the two image files I sent and agreed that he could provide the service. Linus also wanted to confirm the letter and image coloring on a White t-shirt which I agreed upon. I informed Linus that I still wanted to keep the Black box as the background on the front side of the t-shirt. I would say about 15 minutes later another person (Mia) called me to confirm the my t-shirt was ready for pick up. I was very pleased with the timeframe! However, when I arrived to pick up my custom t-shirt I noticed the Black box color on the front of my t-shirt was off—and the Black coloring on the back as well—it was like a grayish black. Linus had already left for the day. Well I spoke to Linus this morning and I informed him I was not happy with the final outcome of my custom t-shirt. I WAS NOT pleased with his tone, rudeness nor the way he handled this situation. He said the image (s) I sent is what was printed. The third party I used Linus stated that the “black coloring” may be off. That was odd because you NEVER mentioned that prior to and that there may be a discrepancy with the color, image, etc. Being that this is a custom t-shirt business why wasn’t there a rough draft shown to customer BEFORE final production as stated on your business website? Also during the pickup of my t-shirt Mia informed me that WWS was unfortunately out of bags but she was able to find a Walt’s Food grocery bag for my White custom t-shirt because I refused to walk out of store with the White t-shirt in my hand. As a customer for any service like this—ASK for a rough draft of work before final production. Overall I hope this will be a learning experience for me as well as WWS. NOTE: NO PRINTING IS DONE ON SATURDAY PER LINUS. I’m HIGHLY UPSET (see last image) CHECK MERCHANDISE THOROUGHLY BEFORE LEAVING STORE!"

"First of all, I'm not a friend or relative like other so-called reviewers here. The proprietor (Linus), chooses to run his business poorly. Let me save you some time and aggravation. I brought a shirt in myself. I provided the picture to print. All he had to do was print it...and he did...POORLY! Attached pics are the proof. Photos are reversed due to mirror reversal. He didn't even get the whole picture on the shirt! I contacted him numerous times. Instead of rectifying his error and... 1. Admit the error was his 2. Compensate me by re-doing the project ON THE SAME HIGH QUALITY T-SHRT I PROVIDED! ...he chose instead to give me the typical 'dog ate my homework' excuse by saying that he hadn't talked to his assistant yet. Meaning he was passing the buck to his assistant. Like I said, I contacted him numerous times, and now it's been months! I guess his 'assistant' must be on a trip around the world! No, Mr. Linus chose to have the karma train pull into his station...and I hope he gets everything he deserves! I can only imagine the shoddy workmanship he pulled off on others who just ignored his incompetence. I'm not that guy!"
