"I purchased over $200 worth of clothing for a trip and requested items remain on hangers. Rosa , the salesperson, who claims she is manager refused us hangers. I requested manager or district manager and she said she doesn’t know their names or emails. The store number is 288 in Lansing. She was loud, rude and unprofessional. Rosa should not be in charge! I will not be returning. I am an African American over 50 and I sincerely hope Rosa’s hatefulness was not a policy of racism or inequities to customers. I am in the judicial system and intend to notify the appropriate Illinois licensing authorities about my treatment . Rosa was so loud that other customers spoke to me about this mistreatment. I have their names as witnesses. Please respond."
"The place is neat and well organized. Didnt have to wait long before checkout(maybe coz its not holiday season) but they could use more cashiers to help matters. No one wants to stand long in line after shopping."
