"OTR: Open 24/7. Drop Hook. Busy location. At arrival to securitygate, be in the far right lane; closest to fence. Left lane is foe AZ trucks. This is not marked. The Docks are well marked. If Drop and Hook, the spots are no longer numbered on the ground. Drop the trailer first, get empty, then go to the S&R office; next to the big ramp at Dock #1. No overnight parking. Bathroom onsite. Maneuvering space is manageable, but tight. Remember, busy location."

"Very pleasant experience with a delivery over here, arrived day early and second shift unloaded my trailer. Truck stop of some 40 parking spots just nearby like 200 yards, free overnight parking, very pleasant receiving lady. Absolutely recommended to do the business with this place….."

"Easy place to find , I arrived 2 hours early . Had to go to the truck stop half mile before this stop and wait 90 minutes before returning. People are friendly You are assigned a door . Must drop you trailer pull truck away They will call you when unloaded"

"Got here on a Friday afternoon, had a Sunday morning appointment. If your trying to get unloaded early don't bother. Had to wait until my appointment for 10 skids. One atar just because I'm pissed, even if it's my fault. Truck stop across the street always have parking and food."

"OTR truck load delivery review. Facility is open 24 hours. Receiver gate opens at 0800 central time. Room at front gate for 5 or 6 trucks before 0800. Must have an appointment number. ....not just an appointment time! Regular truck load deliveries start at 0800. Cross dock deliveries start at 1500. Truckloads can get here a couple of hours early, but there's you a 50/50 chance you'll be turned away if they are too busy. Driver's entrance is next to dock 1. Tandems back. Put trailer in assigned dock. Unhook and pull away a foot or so. Take paperwork to man door/driver entrance. Give them you phone number. They call you when your unload is complete, and paperwork is ready to pick up. Restrom and vending machines in Driver's entrance room. Friendy helpful people."
