"I don't think they could've been any more callous and impersonal in their handling of our family member's cremation. Including not allowing us inside to pick up his cremains - making us stand outside in the parking lot with not so much as an apology or a heartfelt "I'm sorry for your loss". Told us we couldn't come in because they "had customers on the phone" - what were we? All of us were an emotional wreck after being treated so poorly. I didn't expect frills, but I did expect common decency and compassion. Securing the body took forever and caused us to be concerned if they even had the right one. It was as painful as pulling teeth without anesthesia to get them to provide any type of verification as to his identity (wouldn't allow us to come, wouldn't take picture, etc.). Do yourself a favor and spend a couple of extra dollars to go elsewhere. This is a hard enough process without having to go through this additional hurt."
