The staff are always respectful, helpful, and really go that extra mile to explain things thoroughly and make sure you find you may be looking for . The store is always well stocked , and always very easy to order parts, that arrive exactly when they suggested they would arrive..Great staff !! I would like to say a special thank you to one the stores employees that is truly an asset to your company. He is patient, informative, polite, and is always with a smile and a nice greeting regardless of how busy he is . His name is Joseph Jones, and I can't say enough regarding his very professional attitude, his social skills, and his knowledge of auto parts in general . An all round great guy !! And cool under pressure , treating every customer with respect, and kindness !! Even when he is swamped with a long line of customers , he maintains his cool, and that itself is extremely hard to find these days. If not impossible to find I might say !!
