"In the building for a training and I can’t wait to stop in to see the programs available for entrepreneurs!!!"
"If you enjoy poor customer service, this is the perfect bank for you. I had been banking with Seaway since the late 90s and it’s truly sad to see what this once proud black owned community institution has become. The bare minimum of a customer greeting is too much to ask for here. I don’t know why we in the community tolerate this level of service. I would suggest visiting another one of the Self Help locations."
"I have been banking there for years and I love that bank! Very personable and friendly staff that is knowledgeable. Keep going back and you may feel as I do. I trust this bank, and I can't say that about my banking experiences at non 'Self-Help' banking facilities."
"I was just standing in line for over 15 min so I could cash my change in. Line moves SLOWWWWWW because they wanna move slowwwww!!! Then they told me I couldn’t use it because it was after 4:00 but I was there wayy before 4:00 ! Wasted my damn time !"
"The customer service is horrible. We want to support our own but this is ridiculous!! No one answers the phone, if I come in it takes forever to get anything done. Employees don't return calls in a timely manner!"
