"Employer’s talk more than working the store looks a hot mess"

"WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE OR ORDERING HERE AT ALL PLACE IS ROACH AND MAGGOT INFESTED This place had bugs in the back kitchen and the food is never fresh. When ordering online through any food delivery app they claim someone steals the food and won’t cancel the orders. The lobby is always dirty and the staff/crew which is made up of and older lady and teenagers fresh out of high school refuses to do any real work beside complaining that customers are in the store and how they are ready to go home."

"The worst Popeyes ever! The service is terrible, the food was old and cold. The mashed potatoes taste like it came straight from the fridge. The dining area was disgusting. Who is managing this place? The workers are very rude and unprofessional. This Popeyes needs to be under new management or close down asap. Don’t waste your money coming to the Popeyes on 74 and stony island"

"I have ordered in drive thru , the lady who is taking orders she is shouting at me . She is not polite. I asked for 4 piece chicken but she charged me for full meal and she just threw me 4 piece chicken and just biscuits on my face and close the window I waited another five minutes for her to open the window and then she was yelling at me you did not ask for the other side . This is one of the worst customer service ever I seen my life . I hope management of this store please look in to this and make sure please give best customer service for what we are paying for . We are not taking anything for free ."

"This location is filthy and extremely slow. I order a chicken sandwich meal from the app before getting to the location. My order was to be ready at 9:10pm, I didn't receive my order until 9:50pm. At 9:05 pm I attempted to retrieve my order from the drive thru but after waiting in drive thru for 15 minutes the line didn't move. I pulled out of the drive thru line to enter the location. The pictures are how I found the lobby. The floor has not been properly cleaned as you can see from the dirt caked up on the floor and furniture. When attempting to collect my order, I was told it was not ready and I would have to wait 20 minutes. As time past while watching the crew work I came to realize that they weren't under staffed but the employees were too busy entertaining each other than focus on their work. I would suggest anyone find a different Popeye."
