"The workers are polite. However, I placed my order online at 6pm and prepaid for it and my estimated wait time was 20min. I gave them more time and picked up at 7pm and they never even started my order. It makes no sense bc I already paid so if I didn’t show up that’s my money lost. So I had to wait an additional 20 min for my food to be ready. The same thing occurred to a gentlemen who walked in after me. So this must be how they do business but it’s a horrible model. Suggestion: if you are debating on starting the order, just call the customer to confirm the pick up time. We don’t want to stand here waiting and staring at you all work. And I’m sure you all don’t want to stare us in your waiting area."

"I went to this particular location 1521 E 87th st and I will never visit another Wing stop again all because of this location. My daughter and I entered the restaurant carrying my 3lb Yorkie and as we walked through the door at a little after 11pm on Friday 7/12/2024, the young lady leaning over the counter immediately said “you can’t bring no pets in here”. First of all he’s not just our pet, he’s family and most importantly he’s My support animal! Had she greeted us properly and asked the correct questions she would have known this! The establishment was filthy to say the least and the music was extremely loud! The whole 3 min experience was rude, disregarded, and simply put IGNORANT!! My daughter and I was so disgusted we decided we didn’t want to go to our favorite location which is the Hyde Park Wing Stop, we’re done giving rude and nasty establishments our money."

"When I say this place is either hit or miss and it’s mostly miss! I ordered 10 piece bone in wing combo for almost $20 only to get home and my fries were so burnt they weren’t even edible. Not to mention there weren’t very many! The wings had a terrible freezer burnt after taste! It’s such a shame to pay top dollar for food only to be disappointed! Terrible just terrible!"

"If I could give less stars than one I would. BEWARE as of 04/19/24 around 10pm CDT. My partner and I got wing stop and 2 hours later we were throwing up etc. Here we are Day two and still sick. The fries I had received looked liked dehydrated fruit and looked like it’s was left out all day. Due to this food poisoning, I will never eat wings stop, and especially this location again. South siders, try the Hyde park location. Or don’t ever order online, watch them cook it in front of you. Update: Day 5 and still sick. I haven’t been able to keep anything down. Went to urgent care, they verified its was food poison! Horrible."

"Placed an order on 4/13 for 20 boneless wings, picked it up, got home 3 minutes later, then noticed that half the wings were missing. I called immediately, and was greeted by one of the rudest managers I've ever encountered. I don't call places much to point out an order mistake, and I've gone here plenty of times the past couple of years with no issues. This lady "checked the cameras" and stated the food is in the bag. I'm not here to cheat companies out of 10 boneless wings. I just want to get what I paid for. I was told to come in, came in about 4 minutes later, and still got an attitude from the same woman. Why fight for a company that will dispose of you at the drop of a dime for 10 funky boneless wings? It's embarrassing going back and forth over an order in front of other patrons. I eventually got the wings after asking to see this supposed camera footage, but that entire interaction was ridiculous. Only in black areas will you get treated like this. Anywhere else, it's "oh! Come right back and we'll make it right!". Not here though. Think twice about going to this location for your chicken wing needs. Food was fire though."
