Bank of America ATM (Drive-thru)

"Ok fine I have time. Went here after visiting a laundromat that utilized a card machine that only took cash... Defeats the purpose but sure. Their ATM charges a fee and since I bank with BofA I thought I'd just drive the five minutes and save my coins. They had other ideas. Not only were the 4 drive thru ATMs out of service (red light on two, couldn't see the other one, and a garbage bag over the last), but so were both of the internal ATMs. Their fire panel was also sounding an alarm, so I'm guessing it's possibly something power related. I'm wondering, when they are actually open, how they expect to conduct business for the entire day. A nationally recognized bank should not be malfunctioning to this extent especially on a Friday. This was a particularly horrible visit, however, my visits to many BofA locations throughout Chicagoland have been substandard save for two. The worst was when I found a location that said Drive thru ATM and instead was directed to one of their video-banking-only locations. In summation, bank with them if you absolutely must, but be prepared for nonfunctional machines and longer than normal wait times."
