Our Services:
- Initial Exam: $50.00
- Three-Service Plan: $120.00 (pre-pay), which includes an initial exam and two additional visits. These visits may involve individual or group sessions. Please note, laboratory services are additional.

Sponsorship Opportunities:
We invite you to become a sponsor at our 2nd Annual Integrative Health and Wellness Expo on Saturday, August 12, 2023. Choose from our sponsorship levels:
- Gold Level Sponsor: $1,000 and over. Your organization will be featured in our marketing materials and signage, with honorable mentions throughout the event. Includes 2 V.I.P. Reception and Dinner tickets.
- Silver Level Sponsor: $500 - $999. Your organization will be featured on event signage, with honorable mentions.
- Bronze Level Sponsor: $50 - $499. Receive an honorable mention at the Expo.
Corporate Level sponsorships include 4 V.I.P. Reception and Dinner tickets. All sponsorships will be included in our marketing materials before, during, and after the Gala. To participate, please submit camera-ready ads by October 9, 2023, for hard copies and by October 11, 2023, for digital ads.
Vendor Opportunities:
Showcase your business at our Expo! Vendor spaces are available for $50, including one 6 ft. table and two chairs. Applications are due by August 7, 2023, and can be submitted to info@salaamcwc.org. For more information, call 773-435-9493.
