"Poor customer service. Rented a U-Haul truck . Never got instructions on anything where to return ,type of fuel ,extra charges or anything returned the truck the same day and got called the next day,saying I hadn’t returned the truck and there’s a fee for that. like what! Plus it was snowing so obviously the truck was going to get a bit wet and maybe footprints and got charged for the truck being”dirty “ so a cleaning fee . Just poor customer service ,bad communication over all. Never again."

"The big boy at the counter/desk with the braids needs to be fired! Lack of customer service lack of communication lack or real help. He told me i cant use a major debit card to rent a van yet the website clearly states vehicles can be picked up with a credit card or debit card. He made this entire process a hassle then told me he was going to cancel my reservation because i didnt sit there and calculate miles before rental. They usually calculate miles after the trip is done not before! Then I supply the address and he then still wants me to do his job. Literally whoever hired him needs to be fired as well the whole team! Ill add my photos for proof later."

"I think that everything went well with the mobile pick up. Easy to understand/complete the required steps and a pretty quick process. It was some trash left over from another family, so it would be great to make sure vehicles are cleaned out prior to further usage. Id still recommend this location!"
