"It’s hit or miss here. The food is good most of the time. We usually just get chicken and fries. Customer service is good, when they’re not busy. Location and atmosphere are not great but still worth the trip."

"The wings are 20 for $35. The wings were extra small. Do not get them, too pricey for the size. I called the order in and it wasn't ready when I got there. The wings were fried, too hard. Save your money."

"Bought 6 packs of Taffy grapes. Should have been warned that you changed companies because these were thrown together. The other company used globe grapes, put more of the white chocolate on each grape. These grapes were no good. Had to give them to the people anyway that wanted the OTHER ones from the cake factory. I'll have to find them."

"This has to be the worst Sharks on the southside! If I could give them 0 stars, I would! To begin, the wings are awful! I've never seen wings this tiny! Are these the little toy wings that go in the Pollypocket?? They're smaller than drummets/party wings. The grease they were fried in was old and burnt, which gave the wings a disgusting taste. The chicken was also dirty. The blood from the veins was everywhere, making the insides black. I also asked multiple times for extra lemon pepper; they barely put any lemon pepper. The fries tasted like they were saturated/soaked in grease. They were soggy and sponge-like. Once I got home and realized what had been served, I called to complain. The woman who took the order answered the phone, and of course, she was childish and immature with no resolution to offer. Typical hood behavior. I asked, "Why would you sell these little wings?" She said, "We gave you extra." Nah, you should have told me before I paid my money that you'd need 5 of these wings to even equal 1 regular chicken wing! I should have known it was going to be trash when there was no one in the parking lot on a Saturday night. Never again! Don't eat here!"
