"When I asked for a receipt. She just said "no" and gave me the food. After I got my food she immediately closed the window. She told me my food was $31 but only after I left did I see I was charged $37. She also never gave me a receipt so I can't even get my money back. The food was decent but that entire interaction felt like a scam. I won't be eating at this location anymore."

"New management and New employees at this location ASAP. I will never come back to this KFC ever again and I advise anyone else to not go to this location as well until they get their standards correct when it comes to running a business. I ordered from the drive thru around 6ishh Saturday and at first it seemed okay until you received the food. Let me just say the quality of the food is disgusting and well over the food temperature into the danger zone. It's like they had the Chicken strips over 4 hours in the food warmer they were so dried and old. The fries were just as stale and old as if they had been sitting under the heat lamp for hours. None of the food was fresh at all. After all of that I decided to go inside and spoke with one of the employees to get fresh food and I asked to speak to the manager about the situation, while the manager was standing right behind her and guess what?? They weren't busy at all it was dead as ever and No acknowledgement from the manager, she just walked away and the two employees working with the manager started smirking and laughing (mariah is one of them) I didn't get the other employee name or the managers name which was a woman. I don't think any of this is funny because that is a serious health hazard to customers that purchase food from them who can be sick from the bacteria that it can cause from the food that's been sitting in the warmer for so long. Foodborne illness is very serious they didn't throw any of the bad chicken away or fries nothing was fresh and as you can see in the pictures below you can definitely tell the difference. Customers before and after me the food was served horribly. Your manager could have spoken to me about the situation and apologized or gave me eye contact.. something but no she didn't care at all just handed me the food as if that was going to fix the issue. If your staff does not care about the food they serve or how they take care of their customers than this is not the establishment for them because if I would of got sick eating this food without complaining or even a secret shopper I would immediately shut this place down and call the health department. Fix it or don't this place already has a lot of bad reviews I'm surprised it's still open.Your chicken should always look fresh and tasty. Unacceptable"

"Absolutely WORST order EVER from KFC. If you are thinking about getting the WRAPS????? DONT! complete waste of time and money. Service....young man at the window was very polite and upbeat! Really friendly kid....Sorry bro I'm 43....so. Lady on the squawk box seemed very "bout business". Nothing good nothing bad... even when she approached my car. I went through the drive thru so I cannot answer about atmosphere. So the bill was $9.09 the pictures will describe what I received. I actually went across the street to Chick-fil-A "Wich I don't like" and made my own version of a DoubleDown for about 12 bucks. WAY BETTER."
