"Service here is just terrible. These employees have NO customer service at all, it’s ghetto, employees stand there on their phone and don’t even come check on their table, had to flag them down several time which is ridiculous!!! My first order was the all American cheese burger, they forgot my husband’s mozzarella sticks, so he waited on that, hair was in my food, i had to send my order back and asked them to just give me a order of mozzarella sticks and fries. Sat there for over 30mins, order never came, no one checked in. Now IM irritated, so we just asked for our check so we can go. I went to White Castle’s and got some cheese stick and it took way less time. Honestly, someone from corporate needs to visit this place and visit often to see how it’s ran, put the employees through a customer service training. This place just continues to go down and it’s sad!!!"

"Horrible service. We used rewards points towards the order, and got treated so poorly because of it. We were super nice from the beginning. However, the waitress did not come back once (our cups were empty half of the time). She not once offered a refill nor asked about how everything was, literally nothing.There was only 4 tables in the whole restaurant and 3 waitresses or more. We tried to make contact with the waitress a couple of times for the check and she would out right avoid us. This is so sad because we are such big Buffalo Wild Wings fans."

"Was in town with my wife and our friends. Went inside and stood there in full view of what looked like the hostess who was taking an order. We stood there for over 10 minutes. They weren't busy and there was barely anyone there. The hostess seemed to be more interested in the young man ordering food than helping us to a table, or even saying she would be with us in a minute. Too bad for them. She was looking at a lot more money with us there than the young man she was making eyes at. You blew it guys. If the manager reads this, you should be ashamed of yourself."

"We dined in, and it took a long time to get our food and even longer for desert. Our server was very kind and checked in on us regularly. The honey bbq bird dawg that I ordered was really delicious, but the chicken was smaller than expected. The picture in the menu shows the chicken is bigger than the bun. They also could have put more than 4 small tortilla chips with our desert. I did enjoy the fact that our wings were sauced well. I always enjoy bdubs, so i probably will come again."
