"Worst location ever! The employees are rude and the manager Daisy could care less. This location needs some serious training. I placed an $85 online order that was given to me incorrectly. The staff was upset that THEY messed up the order. I ended up having to wait an additional 20 mins to have the order remade. During that time I watched them make the order and I ask the girl to please put more meat in my bowl and she literally threw the whole plate of food away in the garbage with an attitude. I asked her why she did that and she said ahh it’s ok. If I could give ZERO stars I would!"

"How's be a generous when I gave this place for stars? One thing that I'm trying to understand because I'm a older person. How old is gentleman is all of the changes where I'm getting food? And don't seem like I'm getting what I'm paying for my money's worth in certain foods that you have on display. On your calendar, what is this $50 extras that some type of gratuity or some kind of tip that is being exti. Moved, is it OK if we add another $50 to what we have given you? I told him it was O k, but is it OK if you give me a little more than what you gave me and earned whatever extra gratuity that you are asking people for when a order specific? Items on your menu night disturb or the steak. Or it's up another item they're dead. They say oh well. This one is a extra $50 or some kind of gratuity. A really don't know what it is. But I just went along with it this time. I'll be going back to try again. And they will definitely have to explain that to me. I mean, I don't mind tipping. No cause I'm in control of the tip. I get tips at work. And I like to reciprocate, but on my own terms and not on the restaurants terms. Thank you Upgrade day"

"Just bought this honey sesame chicken with rice plate on November 24th, 2023. The woman who prepared my plate (my online order) was super generous. This is probably the most chicken I've ever received in a plate of honey sesame chicken. The service is really great at this Homewood location."

"I forgot how awful this location was and accidentally came again. I ordered online and when I got there 20 minutes later they hadn't even started on my order. When they looked at my order I heard them grumbling and saying are you serious and it really wasnt even a difficult order. Then half of the entree items were out of stock, so I had to choose others. Then I could see all my stuff ready behind the counter just needing to be bagged up, but the girl disappeared for 10 minutes. I asked the other workers to bag it up and no one would even though they took care of at least 4 customers that came in after me. When I got home I discovered that one of the entrees was missing out of the plate and most of the chow mein was gone.They gave me rice without even asking what I would want instead. In addition portion sizes were awful compared to other locations. To top it all off it didn't even taste good like the location I normally go to. There were big chunks of rice as you can see in the pics. When you spend $70 on fast food this is totally unacceptable!!!!!"

"This location is absolutely horrible to put it nicely. I am from out of state. The Panda Express from where I’m from is always fresh and tastes great. My friend who lives here has been telling me Panda Express is so bad. I didn’t understand why they believed that until today. I ordered my go-to: a bowl with fried rice and honey sesame chicken. The rice was so hard I almost broke my back tooth. There were black speckles all throughout the rice with burn marks on most and a burnt taste. One or two pieces, hey I’m understanding, but this was every single bite. I actually had to spit the rice out of my mouth into the to-go bag it was so bad. I believe the rice was old, extremely burnt, and over cooked which was surprising because I came around 11:20a. It was so hard it tasted like it had not been cooked at all. I could visibly see that the chicken was not fully coated in the sauce, many pieces had sides that were bare. The chicken tasted chewy and dry, not fresh at all. The veggies in the honey sesame chicken were raw. This being their only experience, I now see why my friend thinks Panda is absolutely horrible. Consuming hard and burnt rice is not safe and I’m hoping I don’t get sick.. my stomach has already started knotting up. I never write reviews ESPECIALLY being out of town, but I literally had to. This is the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. I am truly disgusted and have absolutely wasted my money as I had to spit all my food out. I truly don’t see myself going back to Panda again because this experience truly scarred me."
