"Facility was over 10 minutes late opening. Plans were waiting on picking up our vehicle and the facility seemed to be out of sorts, unorganized, and were very difficult with getting our rental finalized. After realizing our rental had not even been pulled around or cleaned for our pick up that was scheduled at 8am, we left 25 minutes later without a rental, having to make other arrangements past last minute. Would not recommend and will not return."
