"10/10 experience today (and every visit) with Kayla and the two gentleman who helped us. They tested our battery twice today, inspected under hood, inside AND outside of our Jeep. Kayla and the two guys were so helpful and easy to talk to as someone who had no idea what could be wrong with my poor Jeep. To make sure they gave us the most accurate diagnosis they went above and beyond from what I thought would be just a simple battery test, it turned into a really nice convo with them and I will 100% come back and replace my battery with them because I felt reassured and felt like I was talking to three people who knew what they were talking about, that’s some good employees right there.
