"POOR MANAGEMENT company that isn’t local . So they won’t be able to assist incase something goes wrong . They were quick enough to charge our card and when we went to the storage it had a lock on it and then told us it isn’t available and then assigned another one of a different size after a long hold on the customer service for which the door was jammed and could not open . They wasted my time twice since they’re are outsourced and have no idea what’s happening at the storage center !"
"Would give 0 stars if possible. Horrible customer service. I paid for a 10x20 unit they said was available and when I came to store my things the unit was locked. Had to spend 30 minutes on the phone with customer service for them to tell me they were actually sold out of 10x20. They tried to move me to a larger unit but the door won’t even open on the other unit. I will be requesting a full refund and warning everyone I know to stay away from this place."
