"Not quite sure what I was supposed to experience with the infrared body shaping sessions. I had two 1 hour sessions. I Felt relaxed and energized at the same time. My tummy was softer however, not smaller except right above my naval area where I did see a little indentation there. I did the sessions along with my Flat belly detox cleanse and I think it helped me to get rid of more than my usual waste. I do look a tiny bit more shapely at my obliques and my back area at my shoulder blades. I also like the waist trainer vest that I bought from Ray of Hope. It helps me to have better posture and strengthens my core. Aisha Westley Johnson, PA, made me feel very comfortable. It was a pleasant experience. I would like to try maybe 2-3 more sessions to see if it will break up the fat cells in my tummy area, give me a smaller waistline and a more sculptured body."
