"I absolutely love Culver's food. They have the best buttermilk buns that I have ever had. I highly recommend their buttermilk single, cheese curds and pretzel bites. The cheese sauce, from what I've heard, is not to everyone's liking. But I personally very much enjoy it & get it with the pretzels every time."

"I don't like giving mediocre reviews, however, this is a chain and should be following protocol of every other Culver's restaurant. I ordered a Cranberry Bacon Blue Salad, the only thing I ever order from Culvers. However, this was my first time ordering from this location. My experience and the website says they serve salad with mixed greens usually like a spring mix....so WHY do I have a full bowl of Iceberg lettuce???? My salad should have been cheaper if you're using cheaper lettuce. Still tasted good but the nutritional value isn't the same."

"My husband and I stopped by one night to grab concrete mixers for our kids. It took over 15 minutes for them to bring out ice cream. When we finally received them- they were soup. Completely melted. The server said it was our fault because we ordered hot fudge. We order the same ice cream from the location in Matteson and it’s always still frozen and fresh. She said she wouldn’t bring us new ones because they too would come out completely melted! What kind of excuse is that? Never going to this location again. Service was terrible."

"Ive been coming here since this place opened and lately its been going downhill. I ordered 3 kids meals and 2 of them came out with no drink and the wrong flavored ice cream. The worker assured me the chocolate milk was in the bag as they went to get my other drinks. I get home and the burgers were cold with old slimy onions. The only thing fresh were the fries. Also, there was no chocolate milk in the bag. Very disappointing to say the least."

"As of lately this place has been going downhill.. my last few visits have been filled with mistakes but today tops all of them. Dirty spoons, dirty lids,barely filled ice cream and the cherry on top of all of that we found something in our ice cream :( i will definitely think twice before returning"
